Exchange & Return Policy

We value our customers and aim to provide a clear and fair exchange policy. Please read the following terms carefully:

• Exchange is available through our branch only.
• Exchange must be requested within 24 hours (1 day) from the order delivery date.
• Cash returns are not accepted.
• All items must be:
  
• In their original condition
• Unused and unworn
• With original packaging and all accessories included

Important Notes:

• No exchange requests will be accepted after 24 hours from receiving the order.
• Items damaged due to misuse, wear, or improper handling are not eligible for exchange.
• Exchange may not apply to discounted or promotional items, if applicable.
• Exchanges are not accepted via shipping companies.
